ETD worked closely with the LeChee Chapter Planning and Zoning Committee from November 2014 to June 2015 to identify goals and objectives for land uses. A Community Values Survey was conducted to identify the issues to be addressed as well as the needs and desires related to various land uses. The results were used to support the goals and strategies for land uses, housing, economic development, transportation, and public and community facilities that are based on recommendations made by the Planning and Zoning Committee.
