In 2010, ETD completed an Environmental Assessment for the Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort located on a 406-acre master lease site. The master plan included the casino development as well as hotel, conference center, spa, parking lot, roads and driveways, and utilities for the site. Subsequently, ETD completed other Environmental Assessments on the same property for a public safety facility and a travel center.
