Greasewood Springs Chapter selected a parcel of land along Navajo Route 15 to be master planned for several commercial developments. The following developments were specifically identified: a gas station and convenience store, fast food, laundromat, post office, RV park and campground, bus stop, picnic area, local vendor stations, and a parking lot. ETD began master planning by working with the Chapter representatives to establish the project scope of work, budget, and schedule. Thereafter, a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architect and Engineering (A/E) Services was developed and advertised. ETD led the Chapter planning team through the proposal evaluation and selection process. J2W, a Navajo-owned Firm of Flagstaff Arizona, was selected for the master planning design.
