We envision vibrant Native communities with adequate housing, public facilities, and infrastructure in balance with economic development.
Our mission is to: 1. Provide professional support services to Native communities, private firms, federal agencies, and tribal governments that are implementing projects in Indian Country. 2. Help our clients maintain an appropriate measure of environmental compliance and create plans that strengthen the capacity of communities to manage their land. 3. Work closely with communities to tailor projects that achieve their goals and needs while fostering positive relationships.
ETD Inc. manages and facilitates a variety of projects, we provide professional and technical services including: Environmental Consulting, Project Management, Rural Planning, and Community Relations. For over 20 years, we have worked with tribal communities, government agencies, and architectural and engineering firms that work in Indian Country. We are a team of passionate individuals who consistently deliver high quality work. Located at the base of the San Francisco Peaks in Flagstaff, Arizona, ETD Inc. is surrounded by tribal lands and communities that have benefited from our services.
Key Team Members
NEPA Specialist/Sr. Project Manager
Eunice provides expert consulting support services to Native communities, tribal enterprises and programs, and private entities who are planning development projects in Indian Country. She understands the environmental regulations that govern development on tribal lands and she advises her clients about how to maintain an appropriate level of compliance. She navigates often complex situations that result from federal and tribal governments' dual authority over environmental permitting on reservations. She also prepares land use plans that articulate the communities' vision, priority projects, and goals. For communities seeking economic development, she manages the development of site master plans. Tso is the '2016 Native Woman Business Owner of the Year' awarded by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.
Environmental Scientist/Project Manager
Kristin is a young, bright and aspiring professional scientist. She is skilled in environmental communications, technical writing, research, project management, geographic information systems (GIS), applied mathematics, and problem solving. Her primary roles are to assist the Senior Project Manager in managing projects, communicating with clients, and drafting environmental review documents and land use plans. She utilizes GIS technology to create digital maps and conduct spatial analyses. She creates project maps that help our clients understand technical projects and situations. Ms. Miller regularly attends different training seminars to broaden her knowledge base and sharpen her skills.
Outreach Specialist/Project Manager
Adrian is experienced in communications, marketing, community outreach, public relations, and event planning for Native communities, tribal organizations, and private organizations. He focuses on helping clients network and manage their public relations through various media outreach. He develops websites that link to social media outlets. Mr. Dotson develops and implements plans for organizations that depend on strong relationships within the community. His strong organizational skills help our clients plan and coordinate events that meet their needs and budget.
